Ingredients:
1/2 ounce, Cucumber
1 ounce, Tomatoes
1 slice, Cheese, cheddar
4 ounce, Ground Beef
2 tbsp, Mayonnaise
2 Portobello Mushrooms
Spices of choice
Needed:
Instructions
Form a patty from ground beef, sprinkle with spices
Grill Portobello Mushrooms along with beef patty until desired readiness. (Medium or well done)
Assemble cheeseburger using mushrooms instead of buns. Enjoy!
