Start by frying a low carb tortilla in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet until both sides are crispy.
Place tortilla on parchment lined baking sheet.
Add pizza sauce and then mozzarella cheese.
Layer additional toppings and distribute evenly. Adjusting toppings will adjust nutrition information.
Top with a few shakes of Italian Seasoning and crushed red pepper. Add a few shakes of parmesan and then place under broiler, for about 2 minutes until cheese and toppings are bubbly.
