Instructions

  • Preheat oven on broil.
  • Start by frying a low carb tortilla in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet until both sides are crispy.
  • Place tortilla on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Add pizza sauce and then mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer additional toppings and distribute evenly. Adjusting toppings will adjust nutrition information.
  • Top with a few shakes of Italian Seasoning and crushed red pepper. Add a few shakes of parmesan and then place under broiler, for about 2 minutes until cheese and toppings are bubbly.
