Ingredients:
1 Avocado of about 2.5 oz
2 oz of Wild caught smoked salmon
1 oz of Fresh and soft goat cheese
2 Tbsp of Organic extra virgin olive oil
The juice of 1 lemon
1/8 tsp of Celtic sea salt for taste
Keto bread toast (Optional)

Instructions
Using a sharp kitchen knife, peel of the skin, pit the avocado then slice into smaller pieces then add into a small mixing bowl.
Slice the salmon into smaller segments as well then add to the bowl.
Mix both properly to combine.
Add in the rest of the ingredients on the list then blend properly to combine.
Serve the mixture over a toasted keto bread (Optional).
