Instructions

  • Cook all ingredients (except for chia) is a small saucepan on medium heat, covered with the lid for 7 minutes.
  • Once zucchini has softened, remove the lid, cook on high until almost all liquid is evaporated.
  • Remove from heat, mix in chia seeds and stir.
  • Enjoy warm jam with a cup of tea.
