Keto "Apple" Jam with Cinnamon

Ingredients:
½ Cup, Zucchini (peeled, cubed)
1 tbsp, Butter
2 tbsp., Lemon juice
2 tablespoon, Vinegar, Apple Cider
1 tsp, Chia seeds
15-20 drops, Stevia
¼ tsp., Cinnamon

Instructions
Cook all ingredients (except for chia) is a small saucepan on medium heat, covered with the lid for 7 minutes.
Once zucchini has softened, remove the lid, cook on high until almost all liquid is evaporated.
Remove from heat, mix in chia seeds and stir.
Enjoy warm jam with a cup of tea.
