Ingredients:
1 cup, chopped, Kale
3 Large Eggs
1 tbsp(s), Ghee
1 medium, pickled Cucumber
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Heat ghee in a frying pan, add chopped kale, and cook until bright green.
Add spices of choice. Remove from pan.
On a remaining fat fry whisked eggs until desired readiness.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Serve with pickled cucumber.
