Ingredients:
2 ⅓ oz. (70g) Kale, chopped
2 ⅓ oz. (70g) Macadamia nuts, chopped
2 ⅓ oz. (70g) Sunflower seeds
1 Egg, free-range, beaten
1 tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil - use more to get the correct consistency
½ tsp (2g) cinnamon (ground)
½ Tsp (2g) fennel seeds (ground)
Needed:
Oven
Baking tray
Mixing bowl
Non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF / 160ºC
Roughly chop the kale and macadamias
Add all the ingredients into the food processor / blender and process until a smooth paste is formed
Roll the dough onto non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper, until thin
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crackers firm up to a crunchy texture
Remove the cracker base and cut into crackers
Season and serve
