Ingredients:
2 oz. (60g) Kale
Sea salt to season
Extra virgin olive oil to season
Needed:
Oven
Baking tray
Non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
Remove the kale leaves from the stem and tear into smaller pieces.
Season the kale lightly with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt
Lay out on non-stick silicone mat / parchment paper, making sure that the kale is not overlapping
Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until crispy
Season and serve
