Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Remove the kale leaves from the stem and tear into smaller pieces.
  • Season the kale lightly with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt
  • Lay out on non-stick silicone mat / parchment paper, making sure that the kale is not overlapping
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until crispy
  • Season and serve
