Ingredients:
4 Jalapenos, halved
2 oz. (60g) Yoghurt
1 oz. (30g) Feta, crumbled
1 oz. (30g) Mozzarella, grated
1 tsp (5ml) Paprika
½ oz. (15g) Parsley, chopped
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Casserole dish
Oven
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
Halve the Jalapeno’s and remove the seeds
Mix feta, mozzarella, parsley and paprika
Fill Jalapeno’s with mixture and line casserole dish
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the poppers start to turn golden
Season and serve with yoghurt
