Ingredients:
4 lb, Pork belly, raw
Salt, pepper
Fresh rosemary
Needed:
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 430F.
Season pork with some salt and pepper.
Add rosemary leaves.
Roll tightly piece, use kitchen thread to secure the roll.
Place meat roll in a deep baking tray, skin side up.
Bake for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 2 to 3 hours.
Switch off the oven, let it rest there for 30 minutes.
It can be both served cold and warm.
Store in a fridge for up to a week.
