Ingredients:
10 ounce, Beef
2 cup, Carrots Chopped
2.00 cup, Wine
1 cup, Water
6 tbsp(s), Ghee
2 clove, Garlic
1 cup chopped zucchini
Salt, pepper, paprika powder.
Needed:
Instructions
Heat ghee in an instant pot, add chopped beef and fry until brown (~5 minutes) stirring constantly.
Add vegetables, wine, water, garlic and season well to your taste.
Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes. Let the instant pot cool down a bit, serve in a bowl.
Store in fridge up to 5 days, reheat over stovetop in a small pot.
