Instructions

  • Heat ghee in an instant pot, add chopped beef and fry until brown (~5 minutes) stirring constantly.
  • Add vegetables, wine, water, garlic and season well to your taste.
  • Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes. Let the instant pot cool down a bit, serve in a bowl.
  • Store in fridge up to 5 days, reheat over stovetop in a small pot.
