Ingredients:
1 large, Egg (room temperature)
4 fl. oz., Avocado oil
1 tsp, Dijon Mustard
2 tsp., Lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Needed:
Instructions
Ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature.
Use emerging blender to make this mayonnaise.
Put all ingredients into a high glass/bowl.
Place blender on the button of the glass, mix on high for 20-30 sec.
Mayonnaise will instantly emulsify.
Store in a fridge up to 4 days.
