Ingredients:
7 oz. (180g) Tomatoes
1½ oz. (45g) Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 oz. (30g) Celery, chopped
¼ oz. (7g) Basil
½ Garlic clove, chopped
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp (5ml) Red wine vinegar
½ Tsp (2.5ml) Cayenne pepper
Sea salt to season
Black pepper to season
Extra virgin olive oil for consistency
Needed:
Pot
Mixing bowl
Blender
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend into a soup, you may use a little water to make the soup a little more liquid
