If you don’t have a toaster use dry skillet preheated to medium high, toast bread from both sides and let them rest in a warm place. If you are happy toaster owner then work toasts at the end once all is ready to plate.

Heat a large nonstick skillet to a medium and spread bacon stripes the bottom, brown bacon from both sides and transfer to a paper towel to drain
Sear sausages in the same fat from both sides and finish them in the oven for remaining 5-7 minutes.
Discard the bacon fat from your skillet and wipe it down with paper towel, reduce fire to a medium low and add remaining 1 Tbsp of butter, once butter melts beat eggs in carefully, season and cook until ready.
