Ingredients:
6 Oz of plain full fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp of flax oil
1 Tbsp of fresh blueberry
1 Oz of fresh raspberry
1 Tbsp of fresh mango pulp
2 Tsp of flax seeds
1 Tsp of chia seeds
2 Tbsp zero carb syrup sweetener
1 Tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes
Needed:
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in 2 Tbsp of water and let them absorb and thicken for 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile dice mango pulp.
Put yogurt in a serving bowl and top it with coconut flakes, fruit and flax seeds.
Add presoaked chia seeds and season with zero carb syrup and oil.
