Ingredients:
1 tsp, Ghee
1 tbsp, Olive Oil
0.50 cup, chopped, Broccoli
3.60 ounce, Sardines (fresh)
2 tsp., mustard
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat, add ghee, add broccoli
Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Add sardines, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook covered with the lid for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.
