Instructions

  • Using a sharp chopping knife, chop the cabbage and bacon into smaller pieces then place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the pan is hot, add in the chopped bacon and fry for a few minutes until it becomes crispy.
  • Next, add in the chopped cabbage and butter then fry for a few minutes until it becomes soft and golden in color.
  • Add salt and pepper as seasonings to taste then serve.
