FRIED CABBAGE WITH BACON DELIS

Ingredients:
10 oz of Bacon
1 lb of Green cabbage or pointed cabbages as desired
2 oz of Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Using a sharp chopping knife, chop the cabbage and bacon into smaller pieces then place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, add in the chopped bacon and fry for a few minutes until it becomes crispy.
Next, add in the chopped cabbage and butter then fry for a few minutes until it becomes soft and golden in color.
Add salt and pepper as seasonings to taste then serve.
