Ingredients:
8 oz of Shrimp
5 Eggs
1 Tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley
2 size cocktail straws for carving
Needed:
Instructions
Hard boil eggs and let them cool in ice water
Blanch shrimp in boiling salted water, strain and season with soy sauce and lemon juice
Peel eggs and cut in half longwise, take yolks aside and carve Jason mask holes
For the stuffing crush yolks with a fork, dice shrimp and mix with mayo and parsley
Stuff eggs and plate ‘face’ side up
