Ingredients:
Salad:
3 cups Mixed Greens
0.5 oz. Carrots (grated)
3 ounce, Herring (Salted)
Dressing:
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
0.25 lemon, Lemon juice, raw
0.3 tbsp., Whole Grain Mustard
0.5 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp, Apple Cider Vinegar
Spices of choice
Needed:
Instructions
Mix salad greens, carrots and slices of herring is a bowl.
Prepare dressing by shaking all ingredient is a small dressing jar.
Pour dressing over the salad. Enjoy!
