Ingredients:
1 small Cucumber
1/3 – ½ cup Bell peppers
3-4 small cherry tomatoes
1oz Bulgarian feta
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut up cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes and a big 1oz chunk of Bulgarian feta.
Plate, dress with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
