Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 410. Boil a pot of water, add salt and blanch beans for 1 minute.
  • In a 12 inch cast iron skillet at medium-low caramelize sliced onions with oil and ghee.
  • Remove onions from the skillet and sweat sliced mushrooms for 5 min with remaining fat.
  • Add beans and crushed garlic and sweat for another 2 minutes, season and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and top with cheese.
  • Roast in the oven until cheese gratinated.
