Ingredients:
3 tbsp., Flax Seeds (ground)
1 tbsp., Poppy Seeds
1 cup, Milk, Almond
1 tbsp., Butter
1 large, Egg
Sweetener of choice
Vanilla extract
Needed:
Instructions
Mix well all ingredients in a small pot.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat constantly whisking.
Let sit for 5 minutes before eating.
Add some butter and enjoy. Any toppings are welcomed.
