Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and carrots, season well with spices, cook for ~3 minutes.
  • Add fish broth, bring to boil.
  • Add diced fish, hard boiled eggs and switch off the heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with some fresh dill.
