Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 380F.
  • Season fish skins well with the salt.
  • Place them between two parchment papers, put on the baking tray.
  • Cover with another baking tray so skins lay flat while cooking.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • It can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container up to a week.
