Ingredients:
1 ounce, Fish skins
Salt
Needed:
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 380F.
Season fish skins well with the salt.
Place them between two parchment papers, put on the baking tray.
Cover with another baking tray so skins lay flat while cooking.
Bake for 15 minutes.
It can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container up to a week.
