Ingredients:
16oz wild cod
1½ tbsp coconut flour
1 large egg
2 tbsp mayo
2-3 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp parmesan (shredded)
½ lemon (juiced)
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Low carb bun or bread alternative of choice

Instructions
Place wild cod in a small food processor.
Gently pulse, then add coconut flour, egg, mayo, fresh dill, and parmesan.
Pulse again until everything is well mixed.
Squeeze juice from half a lemon and add some salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Form into patties (about 6).
Cook on medium heat with olive oil, for about 10 minutes, depending on patty size.
Serve up as preferred. In the photo here, we served in some low carb burger buns with some lettuce and a side of avocado, green beans and red onions.
