Instructions

  • In a saucepan add ghee and sweat curry paste for 30 seconds
  • Add coconut milk, garlic powder, salt and fish sauce.
  • Bring to a boil, add lime juice and set aside.
  • In a deep pan layer sliced cod filets and broccoli
  • Pour hot curry and coconut milk mixture in the pan over the fish to cover
  • Seal the pan and slow cook at 210 F for 1 hour 50 minutes
