6 tablespoons of Butter
3 Gloves of Garlic
1.5 cups of Heavy cream
.8 teaspoon of Salt
.8 ounce of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1.5 cups of Parmesan or Pecorino cheese

Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Add crushed or minced garlic and cook.
Add cream.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. You can start with a cup and add more to taste.
Add parsley.
