Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of almond flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
2 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp of cream cheese
2 eggs
7 g of yeasts
2 tsp of erythritol

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F
Melt cheeses together in the microwave oven for 1-2 min, do not overcook
Add flour mixed with baking powder and erythritol, yeast, add the egg
Knead the dough with hands or food processor
Layer the bottom of the 8-inch baking tin with parchment paper and grease
Place the dough in the tin and spread evenly
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
