Instructions

  • Mix vegetables slices together, put in a glass jar.
  • Heat water with all spices and salt, stir occasionally.
  • Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour the brine over the cabbage in a jar. Let it cool completely, refrigerate for 3-5 hours.
  • Store in a fridge up to 2 weeks.
