Egg and bacon hot pot

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 Bacon rashers
1 oz. (30g) Mozzarella cheese, grated
Sea salt to season
Black pepper
Needed:
Muffin tin or ramekins
Baking tray
Oven
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC
Grease ramekins with a little butter
Add bacon around edges of muffin tin and bake for 10 minutes
Break an egg into each bacon parcel, and add mozzarella and seasoning
Bake for 10 minutes
