Ingredients:
2 eggs, boiled
Ice and water
1 oz. (30g) Yogurt
1 chive, finely chopped
Paprika to season
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Small pot
2 x Mixing bowl
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to the boil and add 2 eggs, and boil for 8 minutes
Remove eggs and put into a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes
Remove shells from eggs and slice in half
Remove yolks from eggs and using a fork mash in a bowl, adding yogurt, a pinch of sea salt and paprika
Spoon mixture back into eggs evenly and sprinkle with chives
Season and serve
