Properly shred the roasted chicken into smaller pieces using 2 forks.
Using a large mixing bowl, add in ingredients like the cabbage, kale, herbs, olive oil, lime, salt, and pepper to taste then mix properly to combine.
Place the keto tortilla on a flat kitchen surface or on a clean pate then layer each tortilla with 3 - 4 slices of avocado, slaw and pulled chicken then roll up and serve.
