Instructions

  • Place the chicken in a food processor or a high-speed blender then pulse until the mixture becomes finely shredded.
  • Next, add in the chili powder, salt, and pepper then mix everything to combine.
  • Equally divide the mixture 8 parts then form patties with each part.
  • Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat then add in half of the oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add in 4 of the prepared patties and cook for a few minutes until they become brown at the bottom.
  • Flip over and cook the patties for another few minutes until they are cooked properly and set on clean serving plates.
  • Do the same for the rest of the patties using the remaining oil then serve alongside with the keto bread or lettuce wraps as desired.
