Ingredients:
7 large eggs
1/2 Сups of melted ghee
2 Сups of almond flour
1 Tbsp of Baking powder
1/4 Tbsp of Sea salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/177C then place parchment paper on a loaf pan in such a way that it overlaps the sides.
Using a large mixing bowl, crake in the eggs and beat for about one minute with the aid of a hand mixer on a high-speed setting.
Next, add in the melted ghee and beat again until the mixture incorporates.
Decrease the speed of the hand mixer to low and gently add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until the batter becomes thick.
Place the batter into the lined loaf pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes until the bread becomes light golden on top.
Once the bread is baked, place on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes then slice.
