Instructions

  • Using a medium mixing bowl, add in the turkey, almond flour, egg, onions, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper as seasonings to taste then mix to combine.
  • Make 4r patties out of the mixture then brush them with olive oil.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat then add oil to the grill in other to grease it.
  • Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 - 6 minutes.
  • Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are properly cooked.
