Instructions

  • Rub turkey with 1 tsp of salt and other spices, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and marinate for 1 hour
  • Preheat a large skillet, add ghee and sear turkey filet from both sides at medium heat
  • Tear lettuce and mix with pea leaves (may sub for spinach) and apple slices
  • Season greens with salt, lemon juice and remaining 2 tbsp of EV olive oil
  • Plate with seared turkey and shaved cheese
  • Top with red onions, dried cranberries and almonds
