Ingredients:
1 lb of turkey filet slices
1 oz of iceberg lettuce
2 oz of pea leaves
1 avocado
1 oz of a green apple sliced
2 oz of Swiss cheese shaved
1 tbsp of crushed almonds
1 tsp of dried cranberries
1 tbsp of red onions shaved
3 tbsp of EV olive oil
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of paprika powder
1 tsp of salt
Salt to taste for seasoning
Ghee for searing
Needed:
Instructions
Rub turkey with 1 tsp of salt and other spices, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and marinate for 1 hour
Preheat a large skillet, add ghee and sear turkey filet from both sides at medium heat
Tear lettuce and mix with pea leaves (may sub for spinach) and apple slices
Season greens with salt, lemon juice and remaining 2 tbsp of EV olive oil
Plate with seared turkey and shaved cheese
Top with red onions, dried cranberries and almonds
