Ingredients:
3 oz of cucumber
2 oz of white rum
2 tbsp of powdered erythritol
8 oz of chilled dry Prosecco
Rosemary
Needed:
Instructions
Slice 12 pieces of cucumber and some rosemary for garnishing
Blend the rest cucumber, rum, rosemary and erythritol with hand blender
Strain mixture to a flute glasses and pour Prosecco carefully
Garnish with rosemary and cucumber slices
