Crustless zucchini and cheese quiche

Ingredients:
½ Zucchini (~2 oz. / 60g), grated
4 oz. (120g) Cheddar, grated
2 large eggs
4 tbsp (60ml) Heavy cream
Sea salt to season
Pepper to season
Paprika to season
Needed:
Oven
Colander
Muffin tins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC
Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture in a colander
Add zucchini and cheddar to a ramekin
Whisk eggs, cream and seasonings, and pour over the zucchini and cheese
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the center of the quiche has firmed
Season and serve
