Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts and season with dry seasoning.
  • Combine Parmesan and almond flour in a bowl.
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs.
  • Dip chicken in egg and then in Parmesan mixture.
  • Heat oil and add chicken in a non-stick skillet. Cook 5-6 minutes each side.
