Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pink of Salt and pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil
Needed:
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts and season with dry seasoning.
Combine Parmesan and almond flour in a bowl.
In another bowl whisk the eggs.
Dip chicken in egg and then in Parmesan mixture.
Heat oil and add chicken in a non-stick skillet. Cook 5-6 minutes each side.
