Ingredients:
1 tablespoon, Ghee
1 medium, Tomato
3.50 ounce, Chicken Tights
4 ounce, French bean (pods)
Salt, paper, all spice mix
1 tbsp., Chopped parsley
Needed:
Instructions
Season chicken with the spice mix. Pre-heat oven to 430F, place chicken on a backing grid.
Bake until crispy (~20 minutes). Meanwhile, chop vegetables.
Heat ghee in a frying pan.
Stir fry vegetables on high until desired readiness, add spices of choice.
Serve immediately with chicken sprinkled with parsley.
