Ingredients:
8 cup, Chicken Broth
2 cups, Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped, Broccoli
2 tbsp, Coconut oil
1 cup, Coconut Milk
1 green onion
2 cloves garlic
Spices of choice
Needed:
Instructions
Heat oil in a pot, add all vegetables and spices, season well with salt.
Cook until tender over medium heat.
Add chicken broth, bring to boil and let simmer for 4-6 minutes.
Add coconut milk.
Pulse in a blender until smooth, serve with some fresh herbs or onion.
Store in a fridge up to 5 days, re-heat in a pot over medium heat.
