1.5 pounds of thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of chopped spinach
1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
Place a large non-stick skillet over medium to high heat then add in the olive oil.
Once the hot, add in the chicken and cook for about three to five minutes on both sides until it becomes brown in color although.
Once the chicken is cooked and no longer pink, place in a clean plate and keep aside.
Place the skillet over medium to high heat then add in other ingredients like the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese the whisk/cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Next, add in the spinach and sun dried tomatoes then simmer until the spinach begins to wilt.
