Ingredients:
570 grams of Chicken breast
300 grams of Zucchini
80 grams of Baby spinach
400 grams of Cauliflower
200 grams of Broccoli
200 grams of Mushrooms
100 grams of Onion
135 grams of Short cut bacon
1 cup of Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 teaspoon of Thyme
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
150 grams of Cheese
Needed:
Instructions
Dice chicken into bite-size pieces and sauté in 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper set aside.
Sauté mushrooms and onion in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft add spinach stir until wilted, set aside.
Chop cauliflower and broccoli into small florets steam in microwave in water for 6 mins drain water set aside.
Chop zucchini into bite-size pieces.
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and add cream, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into baking dish.
Chop bacon and sauté in a pan until brown, scatter over mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over baking tray cover and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180•c. Uncover and cook for another 5 or until cheese is brown.
