Ingredients:
5 ounce, Cottage Cheese
1 large, Egg
2 tsp, Ghee
2 tablespoon, Almond Flour
0.3 tsp., Baking powder
Sweetener and vanilla extract to taste

Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. The mixture should be thick enough to hold its shape when formed in small balls. Add more almond flour if needed.
Heat up ghee in a frying pan on over medium heat.
Fry puffs for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with some berries or sour cream.
