Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Season duck legs with salt and pepper.
Place them into the instant pot skin side down.
Pour over avocado oil.
Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes, let cool completely.
Re-heat legs under the broiler for 10 minutes skin side up, until crispy.
Legs can be stored in rendered fat up to 3 weeks and re-heated under the broiler when needed.
