Ingredients:
1/4 Cup of Chia seeds
1 Cup of Light coconut milk as desired
1/2 Tbsp of honey
Needed:
Instructions
Using a small mixing bowl, add in the chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey then mix to combine.
Place the mixture into the refrigerator and let stand overnight.
By the next day, your coconut chai pudding should have a thick texture with the chia seeds looking gelled.
Add fresh fruit and nuts on top then serve.
