To prepare the cookie batter, take a large bowl and add eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in it. After mixing further add almond flour, salt, and Swerve in it and mix again until even.
With the help of a spatula fold the added chocolate chips into the cookie batter.
Take a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place 1-inch cookie balls on it, each at least 3 inches apart from the other. Form flat circles of the balls using a greased glass bottom.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 17 to 19 minutes and wait for the cookies to turn golden brown.
