Ingredients:
Crust:
5 tbsp., Almond Flour
1 tbsp., Cacao Powder
1 tbsp., Butter
1 large, Egg
Filling:
4 ounce, Cream Cheese
3 tbsp., Butter
4 ounce, extra dark chocolate (95%)
4 tbsp., Powdered Erythritol
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Needed:
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add all other ingredients for the crust. Pack it into the springform.
Place in a freezer while making the filling.
Melt remaining butter with dark chocolate, add eggs, sweetener, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
Pour chocolate mixture over chilled crust.
Bake all for ~35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours before cutting.
