Instructions

  • Warm-up coconut milk in a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds
  • Add vanilla and erythritol to the coconut milk and blend with a hand mixer until smooth
  • In a microwave-safe cup pour 4 oz of coconut mixture and bring to a boil in a microwave oven
  • Add chocolate to the hot coconut mixture and stir thoroughly to even chocolate sauce
  • Pour the chocolate sauce to a rocks glass
  • Blend remaining coconut milk mixture with vodka and add to the glass
  • Top with marshmallows and grated chocolate.
