Ingredients:
0.5 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
0.5 cup finely chopped parsley
3cloves garlic
1 red chili
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tsp, coarse salt
Pepper to taste
Needed:
Instructions
Mince all herbs, garlic, and chili together. Add oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
Let sit in a fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Store up to 6 days in an air-tight container.
