Ingredients:
.5 cups of Full fat Coconut Milk
3 cloves of Garlic
.5 teaspoon of Curry powder
.5 teaspoon of Salt
.5 teaspoon of Pepper
.25 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
.25 cups of Peanut Butter
3 cloves of Garlic
2 tablespoon of Sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1 tablespoon of Tamari
1 tablespoon of Lime juice
1 tablespoon of Swerve sweetener
1 lb of Chicken Breast- 3
Needed:
Instructions
Mix the first six ingredients together to make the marinade.
Cut 3 chicken breasts into cubes and soak in the marinade for up to 6 hours.
Mix together the next 7 ingredients for the Peanut Sauce.
Cook chicken in the oven, cooktop or put on skewers and BBQ.
